#Selidia and Rephidium AKA Guillotine of the Gods

Shurima Fighters

Leading a Faction against Ascended, these two cultist have taken into their possession a relic weapon that can take the powers of those with abilities away for a short time. These Runic Scissors of legend cut users off from their power. What they don’t know is that their stolen weapon is actually an ancient long forgotten ascendant's weapon. They broke in two so they don't get overwhelmed by its power. But together their team work and the two Interlocking khopeshes creates more than a formidable challenge to anyone they view as an enemy.

“We got along just fine without them” “We don't need them anymore”

Selidia and Rephidim are two units, one controllable at a time. They can only switch if both are out of combat and not CC'd by an enemy. The one not controlled will passively AA the same unit the same unit “you” the controlled unit attack for half AD in the last spot you hit them between your own AA. The uncontrolled unit has a separate health bar if they take enough dmg they will be stunned, and you have to walk over to them to free them. Once stunned their health bar is refilled but slowly drains. If it empties they die and won’t return until you return to base. While both can be damaged only one at a time has access to summoned spells, buffs, enemy debuffs and CC. If you die the second will "die" as well. The uncontrolled one always follows behind the controlled one within 400 units and normally doesn't leave that radius. If they do they gain bonus MS to until within range. Each have their own vision radius

Passive: Scissor Attack Dealing damage to the same enemy unit from opposite sides within 2 sec grants 25/50/75% bonus dmg on abilities and AA. Bonuses increase up to 3x when the same condition is repeated within 3 sec and reset after CD upon max bonuses or failing to repeat the action within 3 sec.

Q - Selidia - Pincer Run: Selidia and Rephidium switch spots, dashing to each others locations and dealing damage along the way. Rephidium - Uppercut: Both slice upwards. knocking the unit in the direction they are facing.

W - Runic Defense: Either one blocks the next ability/AA within the next 3 sec if stationary. The uncontrolled char will not move until attacked or an ability is used for 5 sec. If either blocks an attack Player control switches The blocked ability is Silenced for 6/10/12/16/20% of the abilities CD before the CD starts or disarms the champ for 2 sec.

E - Tag Dash: Rephidium’s AA range increased to 300 causing him to dash to units. For the next 5 sec he charges up his attacks pausing 0.25 sec for each one before hitting the target and dealing cleave dmg and marking the initial target. After every 2nd Rephidium AA, Selidia will gain bonus 400 AA range dashing to a marked unit (deals 50% dmg to targets along the way). Char control automatically switches once they are out of combat.

R- Clean Cut: Range: 1800 Degree: 90 Passive - Follow Up: Attacking while facing the same direction within 3 sec grants then 12/25/50% bonus AS for 3 sec. (and special cool animations if on the same target). On cast every ability cast will switch units for the next 10 sec; Though won’t switch for 2 sec every time you are hit by an ability or champ AA. Rephidium and Selidia connect their weapons creating an enormous pair of open khopesh scissors. After a short delay they close the scissors in an cone pulling all units within to the center and dealing dmg. Bonus dmg is dealt to units within 200 units of the edge of the cone

Ironically the Khopesh scissors are not the only things broken or the only things originating from an Ascendant, though neither Selidia nor Rephidium have LONG since lost the memory of this fact.

This seems like a good concept; however, we just had something similar to this in a recent patch.
