Which "S.O.B. villain" would you use as a basis for a Champion?

What do I mean by "S.O.B. villain"? I mean villains who are just plain evil, and do unspeakably horrible things just for sh!ts and laughs (as well as their own agendas). Characters who are simply unforgivable, and have few (if any) redeeming qualities. Case in point: Kefka of Final Fantasy 6. That guy makes Shaco look tame. Or Wesker of the Resident Evil series. Talk about TWISTED.

You love to hate them, and they love it when you do. Get mad at them? That only makes things WORSE for you. Might make them hard to relate to them or make them seem like "cookie cutter villains", but isn't it occasionally good to have a villain who you feel no sympathy for? A villain who you ONLY want to see get the tar beat out of them?

If I had to pick anyone from recent games, it'd be Yuki Terumi (a.k.a. Hazama) from the Blazblue franchise. This guy is SADISTIC, and there is no reason for you not to hate him. What's worse is that he feeds off hatred and that makes him STRONGER!
