In all seriousness, They can make a Yorick skin where he is a fashion model who has glorious hair(like Taric).
In all SERIOUS seriousness, if you don't like his looks, don't play him. There is a possibility they will change his looks for his rework.
No. Yorick being a Quasimodo makes sense for his character and adds to his tragedy. It also it makes him fairly unique compared to the other champions.
