My so far most dedicated work has always been to marksmen and I want to continue exploring how well I can manage those. For this particular idea I wanted to approach one of the many concepts for an ADC that I feel like could still be added one day into the game.

#SOURCE OF INSPIRATION:
For this Idea, I wanted to take a much more unorthodox approach for an ADC, so I needed equally unorthox sources and decided to explore where else one can find Marksmen with 4-5 Abilities and was successful when I found Mesa from Warframe. I liked her Abilities and wanted to see if there is something similar to it that can maybe be implemented into LoL. An Idea for Marksman who is rewarding you for landing good shots and who is very fast and precise, dispatching enemies without even needing any mobility.

As mentioned in the Source of Inspiration, I wanted a gunslinger type of champion. Someone who works very swift and precise, a typical quickdraw type of gunner who dispatches enemies with precision and speed unheard of. Someone who can make a spectacle without being too flashy.

Sahria uses two weapons, both possessing an Ammo of 6 bullets. Whenever one weapon is empty, she will reload for 2.5 (-1/100% Attack Speed) Seconds and use her Other Weapon.
Sahria's main Weapon deals (90% Total AD) Physical Damage, but possesses 3 + (Champion level) Lethality. Sahria's Secondary Weapon only deals (30% Total AD) Physical damage but possesses 2.5x Attack speed and ignores Attack Speed Cap. However, Sahria's secondary Weapon cannot utilize On-hit Effects.
If the last Bullet from Sahria's Main weapon damages a Champion, they are marked for 4 seconds. If a marked Champion receives damage from at least 3 of Sahria's secondary weapon's shots within the duration, Sahria will heal for 2%(+25% Total AD) Health for the first two shots of her Main Weapon.

Passive: Sahria stores 20% of the damage she deals to Champions, up to a maximum of 100/125/150/175/200 as Charge.
Active: Sahria fires a charged Bullet from her Secondary Weapon, dealing 60/100/140/180/220 (+75% Total AD)(+100% Stored Charge) physical damage to the first enemy hit and 40/70/100/130/160 (+50% Total AD)(+60% Stored Charge) Physical damage to all consecutive enemies hit.

Sahria immediately reloads both her weapons and uses them both at the same time for the next 4 seconds or until both weapons are empty, losing the Lethality bonus from her Main Weapon and the Attack Speed Bonus from her Secondary Weapon but will deal (110/115/120/125/130% Total AD) Physical Damage. Sahria can Critically strike while Quick Reflexes is Activated.
Once this Effect Expires, Sahria will reload both her weapons and resume with her Main Weapon.

Sahria fires a particularily quick but harmless Projectile onto the target Direction, attaching itself to the landing position or the first enemy Champion hit. This Projectile can Ricochet off of nearby walls to extend it's flight path.
After a 1 second Delay, Sahria can use this Ability Again to fire a Bullet towards the target Champion. Said Bullet will curve on it's path and the Curve can be adjusted.
The Bullet will stop at the first enemy hit and deal 55/85/115/145/175 (+55% Bonus AD) Physical damage. If the Bullet successfully hits an enemy Champion, it will slow them for 40%, decaying over 2 seconds.
The Bullet will always fly towards the earlier marked position of the Projectile, no matter the distance.

Sahria automatically targets enemy champions around her with both weapons, dealing 10/15/20 (+15/20/25% Bonus AD)(+100% Total AD) Physical damage to two enemy Champions, prioritizing enemy Champions with the lowest Maximum health values. Firing Speed equals (110% Attack Speed).
This Ability cannot be activated without any enemy Champions within range and can target invisible champions nearby. This Ability's attacks are considered Auto-Attacks, thus they can critically strike for 35% reduced critical Damage and benefit from on-hit effects.
This Ability will automatically deactivate if:
- No enemy Champions in range
- Mana depleted
- Both Weapons out of Ammo
While this Ability is in Effect, Sahria is slowed by 50% which cannot be reduced.

#TRIVIA ABOUT ABILITIES:

Passive: Reload speed is capped at a minimum of 0.75 seconds.

W and R cannot be activated at the same time. If W is active and you press R, W will automatically expire and it's cooldown will begin.

E: The second Bullet can be imagined like a Diana Q, but you can actually control the curve of the flight path instead of it's length; After 4 seconds of not firing the Bullet, the cooldown will begin.

#CHAMPION SYNERGIES:
Sahria fares well with tanky supports who can keep her hide protected while specializing in all-ins. Sahria's playstyle is typically very wild, so she needs a support to accompany that wildness.

#COUNTERS:
Champions who can use defense while possessing strong offensive poke are Sahria's biggest weakness. She specializes in brutal All-Ins and harsh trades with her Q-E combo, but when someone can trade her back AND shield/heal most of what she does away then her potent strengths are basically eliminated.
Blitzcrank can royally screw with Sahria if he ever gets too close to her. She works best from a certain range and the Ability to entirely destroy it and get in her face threatens Sahria too much. While she can fight back with her R, her R is ultimatedly a channeled Ability and will be deactivated pre-maturely with Blitz's R or his E Knockup attack.

#WHO SAHRIA COUNTERS:
Sahria is designed to be the queen of harsh harass and All In's and as such, she can shut down other champions who are equally meant to be within those roles. Her Q can be an absolute nuke if Sahria has harassed well enough and there is little one can combat it with if caught as the first target, which with those 2 particular enemies will very often be the case.
Their defensive tools are not enough to combat Sahria's offensive capabilities and thus they will be quickly rendered useless unless they managed to get ahead somehow, and they will have to be very far ahead for the numbers to properly counter.

Sahria is a very bored, very danger-seeking Gunslinger for hire within the northern coasts of Shurima, where she took but the most dangerous, high-paying jobs - which usually were requests to kill larger numbers of void burrowers or bandits - to finish them with finesse and speed that left her customers begging for continous services. Sahria was expensive, ruthless, somewhat sadistic and absolutely didn't care who she had to kill in the process, but she was very good. And she had to thank her skills her never-ending streaks of boredom condemning her to seek out death-sentences as a challenge for fun and improvement of her Abilities.
Her Easy life as a desert-hunting merc continued until she was hired for an excavation by Cassiopeia to accompany her and some other hired mercenaries as an escort. Since the job was fairly easy and the reward was estimated to be higher than anything else she has been paid before, Sahria accepted.
Upon Cassiopeia's betrayal, Sahria managed to escape by a hair's length with her life, heavily wounded and pissed. She mended her wounds and retreated to a nearby village, where she attempted to make a full recovery. However, days after her arrival in Vekaura, void burrowers swarmed the village, threatening to destroy it and kill everyone in there, Sahria included.
Sahria quickly reached for both her weapons, disregarding her wounds and stormed out, battling the ferocious beasts with all she got.
The Largest of the Burrowers seemed to have noticed the threat Sahria posed for it attacked her as soon as she dispatched of the first few Burrowers and a brutal fight between the two ensued, a fight that would last for nearly an entire hour. A fight that in itself nearly destroyed the entire village. However, in the end, Sahria turned out victorious after she fired her very last bullet into the beasts eye and through it's amazingly hard skull, killing it.
The Other Void Burrowers were about to engage into her, but the moment Sahria glanced towards them, they froze. The recent betrayal from Cassiopeia was still fresh in her mind, and now she also faced the possibility of dying in some smaller town in the middle of nowhere. Her Anger seethed out of her eyes in the form of sheer Bloodlust which terrified the Void Burrowers to the point that they all retreated almost immediately, leaving the Village to recover and rebuild.
Sahria was celebrated as a hero by the few natives of Vekaura and was granted priviledges as it's defender. Priviledges that hit her best sides, condemning her to decide to stay there for an extended time being while carefully planning how she will find Cassiopeia and how she'd pay her back.
