New harrowing Skin Idea

Trick or treat Teemo!

appearance- dressed in a ghost costume (makes most sense since he goes invisible)

passive- nothing changes

q- shoots a king sized candy bar at an enemy champion

w- starts to hover when activated, returns to ground when active expires

e- poison looks like bats circling around the target

r- places a candy basket or a pumpkin (cant decide which one)

i like the idea and all but do we really need another teemo skin possibly sion or Cassiopeia who both has not gotten a skin for like multiple years if this did come out would I be upset yeah but would I despise it no.
