Reforming my idea on one of my champion concept i made in the past. Raikira is a lightning base champion that excel in adaptive combat. Her primary role Range Support/Assassin. >---------

##ABILITIES ##[Passive 1] -- Lightning Strike Lightning will strike a random area within 650 unit of Raikira dealing 40/75/110 (+80ap) and stunning enemies for 1 sec. If Raikira is within range of any lightning rod lightning will strike it
##[Passive 2] -- Flash Blade Strike While in melee form Raikira can blink to any lightning rod within a 350 range. If an enemy is impaled with a lightning rod, Raikira will critical strike that enemy on arrival.
##[Q] -- Piercing Rod/Quick Slash Piercing Shot Raikira charges up her attack and throw numerous of lightning rods in a targeted direction(Max amount thrown depends on how many ammo she has in stock and how long she charge the ability). Each rod deal 10/47/84/120/157 (+85% Attack Damage) and impale enemies with a lightning rod that will reduce movement speed by 5%(per rod). A lightning bolt will strike the area where the enemy got impaled. She can not move when taking aim. Cost: 15/20/25/30/35 per shot | Cooldown: 10sec
Quick Slash Raikira will swing her blade and deal 60/85/110/135/160 (+70%ad) damage in a cone. If she is another the effect of Energy Surge she will swing twice. Cost: 50/60/70/80/90 per shot | Cooldown: 10sec
##[W] -- Lightning Bombardment/ Crippling Thrust Lightning Bombardment Raikira throws her lightning rod to a pinpoint location on the map. When they land lightning will immediately strike them, they will remain for 1min after lightning strike granting vision. Cost: 75/85/95/105 | Cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11 | Range: 800
Crippling Thrust Raikira lunges forward and stab her enemies with her sword dealing 70/115/160/205/250 (+65%ad). She will also stab them with a lightning rod in the leg slowing them for 10/20/30/40/50% movement speed. Can not pass through walls. Cost: 75/85/95/105 | Cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11 | Range: 600
##[E] -- Adaptive Warrior Raikira can change from range act with her kunia to melee act with her sword with unique passive effects.
Range Form After ever 5 auto attack she will throw one of her lightning rod from her ammo that will impale an enemy and ignore 10/15/20/25/30% of their armor.
Melee Form Raikira melee auto attack will deal an additionally 10/15/20/25/30 (+10%ap) magic damage. Each attack will slow enemy attack speed by 5% stack 5x
##[Ultimate] -- Storm Calling/End Blade Assault Storm Calling Raikira throw a Lightning rod at a location on the map, when it land it will deal impact damage and summon a thunder storm at that location and will rain down a barrage of lightning bolt. Cost: 100/120/140 | Cooldown: 75/69/63 sec | Range: Global
End Blade Assault Raikira dash forward hitting the first enemy hit. She will become untargetable and start slashing the enemy 5x. The first hit will deal 250/350/450 (110% ad) players can apply passive effect of item and can critical strike >---------
