Why legendary and ultimate skins only got special interactions? why normal champs can't have a special interactions according to their lore like Zed and Shen/ Zed and Kayn/ Ashe and lissandra/Ryze and Brand/Talon and Kata and there is more but why those can't have their own interactions? The games needs to be upgraded to bring more players and u should start with her

Only reworked and new champs got special interactions like Akali/Aatrox/Swain/Irelia and Nunu

Zed was released in 2012. Talon was released in 2011. I stated that almost all champions and reworks in 2013 or beyond have gotten special interactions.

Again, 2013. 2013 is the year they began giving lots of special interactions to champions. Zed was created BEFORE 2013, in the year 2012. That is why he only has one interaction. When Zed was created, they were not giving lots of special interactions to champions, and in fact, Zed may have been an experiment into testing whether it would be something interesting to add to voice files. Talon was created in 2011. This was before 2013 as well, which is why he doesn't have special interactions.
Neither Zed nor Talon were reworked or new releases after 2013, which is why they do not have special interactions like newer champions.
