say there was a jungler who wasn't tuned around messing up butts nor the protecting thereof, nor counter-jungling, but rather presence. he could hang out and then teleport to another lane, his passive is he doesn't take exp from other people, but instead enhances the exp everyone gets nearby as well as the gold.
