Passive - Waterlogged: Enemies damaged by Abbott's abilities become Waterlogged. Waterlogged enemies are dealt bonus damage from all sources, and are slowed.

Flowing Forward: Abbott gains bonus movement speed while in a body of water.

Forever Loyal: Abbott gains bonus movement speed when moving towards an allied Sivir or Azir.
Q - Swirling Bark: Abbott barks, creating a swirling pool around him, causing all units around him to be rotated around Abbott to the opposite side of Abbott. Enemies in the water are dealt magic damage.
W - Oasis of Dawn - Toggle: Abbott becomes untargetable, and rooted as he turns into a pool of water, which heals all allies in the water, as well as negating their ability cost. While this ability is active Abbott consumes perpetually more mana every second.
E - Wall of Water: Abbott runs straight in a targeted direction, gaining bonus movement speed, when he reaches maximum movement speed, he becomes a wall of water, but can't be stopped until he runs into a structure or a champion. When he collides with an ally, he becomes a shield for 2 seconds, redirecting the damage to himself and negating spell effects while he remains active on his ally. When he collides with an enemy, he deals magic damage, stuns them, and knocks them away.
R - Howling Whirlpool: Abbott becomes a living whirlpool for a few seconds, increasing in size. Enemies caught in the whirlpool are rooted and carried where Abbott moves, and are dealt magic damage while in the whirlpool.
