Champion duo's

I was thinking about the possibility of having a Champion's abilities complement one and other. Not just working well together, actually having special effects when played together.

For example for those who play hearthstone, Fuegen and Stalag would be examples of this.

The champions would have to be viable without their counterpart, but it would be an interesting addition to league I think?

What do you guys think, can you think of any interesting champion combos we could have?

I think this kind of concept would be broken, and would remain broken, unless it were only visual and had no actual weight in gameplay. Things like this would never happen in solo queue and duo queues would automatically have the advantage. While it's a good concept, it doesn't fit in mobas.
