Champion that literally feeds to win

So I saw a post on the other site that suggests Riot to make Helmet Bro an actual champion. And then it suddenly hits me, why don't we make a champion that "actually gives his team advantage the more he/she dies"?

So here is a rough concept:

  1. Your team benefits from this champion whenever he/she dies, the benefit is permanent through out the game. The more he dies, the stronger your team is. Could be a global aura/global debuff/greater vision anything that helps the team.

  2. This champion's playstyle should be focused around how to get himself/herself killed. And has a passive that stacks whenever he/she dies.

  3. Team will not get any benefit when he/she is killed by jungle monsters/turret/minion, or recently got hit by them.

  4. One of his/her ability would redirect enemy's skill target (regardless target or not) to himself/herself, or forces them to use their skill. Here are some examples: Ow That Hurts! 1337 range CD: 15 seconds Helmet Bro mocks target enemy champion. Target enemy champion goes berserk, increasing his/her damage by 20/25/30/35/40% for 6 seconds. Ow That Hurts redirects every skill that is used by that champion to Helmet Bro within the first 3 seconds. All damage that is dealt by his/her normal attack within this time frame will also inflict on Helmet Bro instead of his/her target. Helmet Bro become immune to all crowd control during this time. I'm The True Troll King! 420 range CD: 12 seconds Helmet Bro mocks enemy champion in target area, forces mocked target to rage and instantly cast a random skill that is not on cooldown or a ultimate. Ability will be casted at the closest target, and deals 10/15/20/25/30% more damage.

  5. Very minimum usage when alive, no damage, no CC, skill does not scale off anything.

  6. Basic stats should be quite tanky so player has to work for his/her death.

  7. The benefit should scale as the game goes on, as the death timer is longer.

  8. Amplifies enemy damage to get himself/herself killed, but also allows counter play if played incorrectly. (See #4)

  9. Is very fast, like 420 default movespeed to allow faster feeding

  10. Has no AA damage, but gives a stacking buff to friendly champion close by whenever he hits an enemy champion with his AA.

  11. No matter how many times he is killed, enemy will still receive the same amount of gold from killing him.

  12. His/Her skills does not trigger minion aggro.

  13. R allows him/her to cast ability with reduced cooldown for a period of time

  14. Maybe has a second set of skill that only can be used when dead

  15. Smokes weed, because Darien.

Rito pls.

if he is weak ignore him and hes worthless, if he is strong then scaling off deaths is op and no significant counter play that I can imagine. Its one or the other imo

Edit: #15 confuses and intrigues me
