I always wonder what kind of thought process did the balance team had in their mind.
One excels at pretty much everything except CC.
One sucks at pretty much everything except only has a single-target skillshot CC.
One always receives hard attention from the balance team
One is left to rot in hell for more than a year now.
What caused the difference of the treatment? It almost feels like someone high up in the balance team mains one of them.
Season 3 and part of Season 4 the boards were alive with OMG NERF ELISE threads... the boards got their blood, she's nerfed into obscurity. One of the main reason I hate "OMG NURF" threads. Kids complain - rarely have suggestions on how to balance, but then scream that Riot is bad at balancing.
Elise could use some love for sure.
Nid sells more skins. Elise gets to stay gutted.

Nid has an identity, Elise doesn't
That is to say, Riot knows where they want Nid to be strong, but they have no idea wtf they want Elise to be good at and they feel like if they buff her she'll just go back to being Lee Sin 2.0
When do you guys think Riot will actually give a response to one of these Elise threads? There've been more and more now. I suspect they're deleting/downvoting them myself.
i give her about 3 more months before she's back on top of the mountain.
