Elvira is a pale 5'8" woman with auburn hair and purple streaks. She sports a short green dress and black leggings, with shining black boots. She has a purple and light blue bow with shiny arrows in a black quiver.

P- Piercing Light

Elvira's auto attacks pierce through 13% of armor and 26% of bonus armor. Additionally, Elvira's basic attacks deal 10(+3/level) bonus magic damage on hit and reveal its target for 2.5 seconds. If the target is attacked four times in a row, the fourth basic attack cripples the target, dealing double the bonus magic damage, and slowing them by 40% for 1.5 seconds.

Q- Gravity Flux

Using gravity from the moon, Elviras next auto attack sends her flying backwards in the air, while simultaneously knocking her target back and slowing their attack speed by 40/45/50/55/60% for 3 seconds.

W- Enchanting Shot

Elvira evades the next attack on her for the next 6 seconds. If successful, her next arrow deals 20/26/32/38/44 (+25% AP and AD) bonus magic damage and sticks in the target, reducing magical defense and armor by 23/26/29/32/35% for 3.5 seconds. If Elvira cripples an enemy with Piercing Light who's under effects of this ability, the bonus magic damage is tripled instead of doubled and the slow increases to 55%.

E- Natural Spotlight

Elvira uses the moon to spotlight an area within 3000/3200/3400/3600/3800 range for 3 seconds, revealing enemies and dealing 100/160/220/280/340 (+78% AP) magic damage to enemies in the area when it forms. If they leave the zone before it expires, they are dealt an additional 30/50/70/90/110 (+15% AP) damage and are slowed by 75% for 0.5 seconds.

R- Power Surge

Elvira teleports to a location and becomes invisible for 2 seconds. If she attacks an enemy while invisible, she breaks stealth and deals 60/90/120 (+30% AP, +25% AD) bonus damage. If she does not attack an enemy, the duration is increased to 6 seconds and she gains 10/15/20% movement speed. Elvira can store two charges of this ability but cannot use them twice within 10 seconds.
