So far I think we lack an AP item specially designed for AP Bruisers, and something that gives us a little extra defense in this ADC-Assasins meta.

**Description: ** abbandoned once into the old tunnels beneath Shurima, anyone who looks into the core of this green, glowing hearth will have visions of the future, and that what lies beyond, into the void.

Build Path: item 3067 + item 1026 + item 2053 + 400 Gold (3250 total gold cost).

Stats: +60 Ability Power +250 Health +150% Base Life Regeneration +50 Armor +10% Cooldown Reduction

Active: Reveals an area within 3500 range for 6 seconds, detecting invisible units, also heavily slows units caught in the area by 50% for 0.75 seconds. Units cannot be slowed once again by the effect of this item until 15 seconds have passed.

Unique Passive - Prophecy: Whenever one of your abilities deals damage to a champion it reduces it's magic resist by 10 points and reveals it for 6 seconds. Doesn't detect stealth.

Unique Passive - Point Runner: Being near a turret, ruins of a turret builds up to 20% movement speed over 2 seconds. Does also proc for 10% extra movement speed while near champions affected by prophecy, does not stack with the 20% movement speed boost from turrets.

Design: This item is meant for AP Bruisers like Gragas Maokai Malphite Mordekaiser NautilusDiana and long range poke champs like Xerath Lux Ziggs (and maybe too Akali Ekko Amumu Fizz and even Galio)whom may need vision of their targets and a little help to land their skills. The bruiser champs will get a lot of benefit from this item as it will add stickyness and extra capacity to chase their enemies, while at the same time it adds utility to the team.

In the other hand this item fills a gap in the AP itemization that hasnt been addressed properly; the lack of an AP-Armor item that also serves as a defensive item against assasins or anyone who may dive you in your tower. This item is more rewarding for AP bruisers than normal midlaners, but it is also an option if they want to survive their lanning phase and want some help to land their skills.

Six stat boosts, two unique passives (with Prophecy being INSANELY strong), and a Unique Active? That's insane.

It's also 124.6% gold efficient WITHOUT any of those passives -- and that's already a huge amount even for a Legendary Tier item. Add to that the fact that both the Active and Prophecy are really strong, and you have an incredibly over-powered item.

It just does EVERYTHING you could want. It's a must-buy on anyone who wants Health + AP + Armor.

Too many stats.
