[Champion Concept] Allyria, Master of the Elemental Trinity
Introduction
Hello everyone this is Ragnola. I wanted to introduce to you a champion concept that I would love seeing. Feel free to comment if you find it interesting/disinteresting. I won't flame.

Here is something I found online that looks like what I would envision her to be. TO BE CLEAR IT IS NOT MY WORK.
Lore
Within Noxian borders, there exists a secret coven known only as the "Grand Coven". Rumor has it that the coven punishes those who cross the line without their permission. Those who would endanger all who possess the gift of the magical arts. Not much is known of the Grand Coven as those who encounter them are usually never seen from again.
It is said that when the coven comes for someone, one can hear an eerie screech in the night. That is when one knows the "Dark Enforcers" are out and about. Dark Enforcers are known for their powerful mental and physical discipline. They maintain very good physical condition as well as magical prowess in order to hunt down transgressors. Among the Dark Enforcers, there is one who strikes a most paralyzing fear into the hearts of even the toughest Noxian, Allyria.
She is said to be a master of the three core elements of her magic. Capable of combining these elements to create a fourth, but none have ever witnessed this fourth element. None have ever lived to tell the tale. She is only described as a conduit of endless power.

Abilities
Passive: Relentless Pursuit
Dark Enforcers are relentless in their pursuit and will stop at nothing to catch or kill their prey. Allyria gains 5 bonus base movement speed for 5 seconds for every time she damages an enemy champion. This stacks up to 10 times. The stacks decay at 1.5 second per stack.
In addition, Allyria causes the enemy's body to go into shock if she lands consecutive spell hits within 3 seconds of each spell. Consecutive spell hits grants additional bonus effects for her spells.
Furthermore, Allyria's spells will automatically cast on their own once she draws/summons the magic circle. This means she can start moving/attack/etc. again once the magic circle appears. This includes her ultimate; however, this also means her ultimate's trajectory cannot be changed.
Q: Inferno (CD: 6 seconds) (Mana: 60) (Range: 800) (Area of Effect: 15 degree angle) Allyria summons a magical circle in mid air facing the same direction she is facing. After a brief delay (0.15 seconds or so), a torrent of flames come forth dealing 10/20/30/40/50 + (0.20 AP) initial damage and 10/25/40/55/70 + (0.20 AP) as magic damage per second for 3 seconds afterwards.
If Inferno is the second/third consecutive spell to hit, it will deal double the damage.
W: Frost Dispersion (CD: 10 seconds) (Mana: 75) (Range: 700) (Area of Effect: 150 unit radius or same as Swain's Snare) Allyria summons a magical circle under the target area. After 0.5 second delay, it slows enemies by 10/15/20/25/30% for 2 seconds and deals 40/70/100/130/160 + (0.40 AP) as magic damage.
If Frost Dispersion is the second/third consecutive spell to hit, it will deal 50% bonus damage and the slow effect is doubled.
E: Static Strike (CD: 15 seconds) (Mana: 90) (Range: 850) (Area of Effect: a straight line. Think Yasuo's Q but longer) Allyria summons a magic circle in mid air in front of her. After a 0.25 second delay, a bolt of lightning shoots out dealing 10/30/50/70/90 magic damage + 3/4/5/6/7% (+ 3% per 100 AP) of any targets hit current health as magic damage.
If Static Strike is the second spell to hit then it will deal 50% bonus damage. If it is the third spell to hit, it will deal 50% bonus damage and stun the target for 2 seconds.
R: Fourth Element (CD: 120/100/80) (Mana: 100) (Range: 1250) (Area of Effect: Same width as Lux's Ultimate)
Allyria draws a unique magical circle with her finger in mid air. Drawing the circle takes time causing a 0.5 second delay before a torrent of dark transparent purple energy shoots out for 3 seconds dealing 50/100/150 + (0.4 AP) as magic damage per second.
If Fourth Element is the second spell to hit then it will deal 50% bonus damage and slow the target by 30% for as long as the target remains within the area of effect of this spell.
If it is the third/fourth spell to hit or if the enemy is currently in "shock", it will deal 100% bonus damage and slow for 50%.

I thought this would be a fun concept to see. I didn't put as much work into this as I could have as my goal is really just to get the concept out. Other greater minds will hopefully be inspired by it. Thanks for reading.
