It's known that riot doesn't like to give AP bully supports damage. I admit they must not replace the regular solo mage. But having no damage add all compaired to average cc (in some cases). They will never become a valid option in the game. However with this item this might change. Their are plenty of marksmen in the game that just doesn't have the killing pressure early game. Champions that like to scale or just prefer more cc heavy supports to help them to get fed. But why let do the adc do all the work. Why can't a Zilean bomb not be rewarding. If our adc doesn't have the skill to last hit that champion why don't we do the work for them. When our adc is low on mana and can't clear the wave in time why can't we clear the wave for them. I think an item with the ability to pull this off can be an great addition to the support diversity.

I can see this become a situational item that will not be without risks. It doesn't provide defensive stats and it scales with items like . I'm thinking about builds like:

This waveclear will also ballance out nicely with the tribute passive. So you will always lose something from using it. Maybe will become more popular with it because it doesn't suffer from this effect. Overal I'm sure it would be intressting to explore this. Maybe not in this form. But add least with the concept in mind.
