Noxus Poppy/Goth Poppy Idea

I was looking through the Poppy skins and noticed Noxus Poppy now closely resembles Annie's Goth skin.

With this in mind, I ask Riot to consider renaming the Noxus Poppy skin to Goth Poppy and add a few spell effects to match the existing Goth Annie skin and make a new Noxus Poppy skin to match the older one.

but Annie is a Gothic Lolita. Meanwhile Poppy is looking for a great Hero, and Noxus is the opposite of a place that you'd typically think of when you think "Hero", but they also pride themselves on strength in all its forms and Poppy, well, she's Strength itself if she can carry a hammer that much larger than her (not to mention that ult)!

Noxian Poppy still is more lore-friendly and suits the design.

Can we not? Noxus needs more love considering Taric is likely going to be thrown into Demacia too.
