Increase the cooldown on mastery emotes or give us the option to block it

I know the mastery emotes being visible to enemies is to show off how much time you spent playing the champion and whatnot, which is great, cool you played that champ a lot and are proud of it good for you. But, it just puts salt on the wound when the enemy can spam is so many times in one game when they get ahead and spam it every time they kill someone or outplay you in some way.

You can consider this a rant thread, go for it. Honestly I, and I'm sure other people, are getting tired of the constant spam of that emote. Yes we messed up and gave you a lead, yes we are probably playing a champion that we have far less experience with, but no do we deserve your spam every time you best us in some way every single time.
