I like the concept and I like the art but I'm not sure if it's a good "Dragon-slayer" concept.
Most of the clothing on Sona seems to be shaped more like insect exoskeletons, in particular the armpieces (which even seems to have insect wings on the wrist). It would be better fit on an insect-oriented skin, which really isn't something that has been done in league except on some of the monster-oriented champions, but would definitely still be something cool.
Interesting take on Sona, and she looks really pretty!!! Her attire isn't very practical, but it definitely shows off her...features. I would get more reds/violets into her coloring, and perhaps for itwahl, there could be a dragon head on the front of it, and the profile is actually shaped by the dragon horns?

still pushing for some evil/badass skins for supports, we have pentakill sona which isn't bad but yea I like the idea, really different from her other current skins
I'm a fan of anything Dragon, but I think a new dragon skin should be directed at someone more... Aggressive.
Looks more like "Amber Sona" or "Mantid from Warcraft Sona".
Still pretty cool.
