Shameless repost of some year old concepts of mine!
H'lirgh: High Priest of R'lyeh
(Auto range: 350. Melee)
Abilities:
Passive: Herald of the Eldest God H'lirgh's auto attacks do not scale with AD. Instead they deal 42-60(scaling with level)(+50% AP) physical damage. (H'lirgh's auto attacks cannot crit). One of H'lirgh's Item slots is filled with the Gnaiih'Ai which can't be sold or removed in any way. (Hidden Passive: Deals 0.1% bonus damage to Illaoi).
Gnaiih'Ai: Passive: 10-60 AP/AD(scaling with level), 10-180 Mana(scaling with level) and 5% increased damage from all sources. Active: After a 3.5 second channel H'lirgh unleashes a global shockwave that spreads across the map (about 10s to reach the enemy fountain from yours kinda speed) and fears all champions hit for 0.5 seconds (Static 200s cooldown, reduced by 10s on a kill or assist. Assists gained solely through the use of Gnaiih'Ai do not reduce its cooldown and grant only 50% gold).
Q: Writhing Rocks: Cost: 50 mana Cooldown: 6/5/4/3/2s Passive: Auto attacks deal 20/35/50/65/80 bonus true damage to Non-Champions. Active: Fires a Writhing Rock that deals 10/35/50/65/80(+60% AD) magic damage.
Ult effect: Deals 15% more damage, applies the mana theft passive from 'Apocrean Touch' on every shot and deals 20% of damage dealt in a small AOE.
W: Stygian Tarnish: Cost: 60/65/70/75/80 mana Cooldown: 80/70/60/50/40s Active: Marks an enemy with Stygian Tarnish (Read = 'The Black Spot') that reveals them but not the terrain, neutral monsters and other enemy champions around them for 35 seconds. Their health, mana, CS, Items and stats update when they enter normal vision (Like they would for any other champ).
Ult effect: Marked champions are now inflicted with Grievous Wounds and are slowed by 10%.
Note: Enemies marked can transfer the Spot to their allies, removing it from themselves. If H'lirgh doesn't have vision of both enemies as they swap the revealed Icon on the minimap will still indicate the champion it did before the switch, until he gains normal vision of his previously or new, currently marked target.
E: Apocrean Touch: Cost: 70 mana Cooldown: 11/10/9/8/7s Passive: Every third auto attack on champions steals 1/3/5/7/9 mana from the target. (If the target is manaless, it restores 50% of this value to H'lirgh). Active: H'lirgh jumps to the target champion, interrupting channels and dealing 20/45/70/95/120(+65% AD) magic damage over 2 seconds.
Ult effect: Now deals the damage instantly, instead of DoT and silences for 0.5s.
R: Ancient Rising: Cost: 50% of H'lirgh's maximum health Cooldown: 80/70/60 Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn. H'lirgh jumps to a location dealing 75/125/175(+130% AD) magic damage and restoring 10% of his maximum health per enemy champion hit. For 10/15/20s after H'lirgh's God possess his body giving him the ability to ignore unit collision, increased size, 10-50(based on level) flat move speed, 50/60/70 AP/AD and added affects on his abilities (ALSO MAKES HIM LOOK LIKE A GIANT FUCKING GLOWING CTHULHU SO THE ENEMY TEAM IS SO IMPRESSED THEY ARE EFFECTIVELY STUNNED FOR THE ENTIRE DURATION).
Note: H'lirgh can activate this ability below 50% health and will restore health from a value of 0% based on enemy champs hit, up to 50%. If H'lirgh fails to hit anyone it will act as though he had been killed by a turret, minion or neutral monster; either executing himself or the champion that most recently damaged him getting the kill if he hasn't left combat.
Aag'Skoldur: Shield of Peace
(Auto range: 125. Melee) (No resource)
Abilities:
Passive: Souls of the Scorned: Soul of Mercy: Can only damage champions below 40%-70% (scaling with level) health but does 10% max health damage on every attack. Soul of Persistence: Has 15%-33% (scaling with level) damage resistance. This bonus is lost when under the effects of crowd control. Soul of the Martyr: Upon Death Aag's soul seeks out the nearest ally and heals them for 15-65% of their maximum Health (240-90 second cooldown).
Q: Disarming Blast: Cooldown 16 seconds Fires a line skillshot that slows the target by 5%-15% for 10 seconds and 'Disarms' (a combination of silence + blind) for 1 - 2.5 seconds.
W: Shield of Flesh: Cooldown 120-30 seconds Aag turns 20% of his maximum health into red health, in order to give an ally extra maximum health as red health equal to the amount Aag converted. All damage dealt to the ally reduces red health before any shields or actual health. Damage dealt only to Aag does not affect either players red health until green health has been depleted and is instead dealt directly to his green health. Once green health is depleted, damage to Aag deals damage to both player's red health. Red health on allies is not counted for purposes of Titanic Hydra, undying grasp and max or current health damage however it is on Aag. Red health on allies can't be restored in any way apart from reapplying the ability. Only one ally may have Shield of Flesh active at once and applying to one instantly removes it from the other.
E: Cauterise: Cooldown: 20-15 seconds Target an Ally to heal them for 50-350(+30% AP). This ability ends any Poison/Bleed effects the ally may be suffering.
R: Dust to Dust: Cooldown: 120 seconds Ashes to Ashes. After channeling for 1.5 seconds Aag instantly executes himself, regardless of whether he has been damaged by a champion, to kill an enemy champion. This ability can't be blocked or cancelled in any way.
