New Champion: Nero, The Psychic Swordsman

Passive: Meditation
speed/ability power/attack damage increase permanently every time a kill is made on an enemy champion
Q:
W: Psychic Push/Pull
Can blast near by enemies away giving him distance from opponents, dealing damage. On a targeted enemy Champion the skill can push him away and pull him closer, but only one champion can be brought closer. If only one target is chosen and thrown into the enemy team it deals extra damage.
E: Mind Meld
This attack does no damage, but instead it is a skillshot that if it hits an enemy champion it take control of the champion. It blocks the players chat so he can't warn his friends and shows the location of the enemies team. So once you hit someone, only one champion, you can control their action. so if you're being harassed to the point where your champion is overwhelmed you take control and walk the enemy into your turret. also say you had an enemy champion on the run, but he gets a gank and runs into his turret, you can take control of the enemy and kill him with his own teammate, and the enemy turrets won't hurt the enemy champion you have control of so you get a safe kill. But the downside is that your champion is completely exposed. if he is hit the mind meld is broken and on top of that because your defence is down while you control the enemy, you take extra damage. The control does not last forever and has a set time limit to it so even if you take control of the enemy you won't have time to run down their whole team, but you will be able to teleport the enemy champion and other features while you have the control and can take him to any part of the map given you have time.
