[Champion Concept] Valerie, the Snow Yordle
**Lore:
I'm actually having trouble making a lore for this champion. She's supposed to be semi-normal, but when she comes into contact with Poro's she gains magical capabilities. She is supposed to start in Bandle City and then live in Freljord. ** Some say Valerie is not a Yordle, but in fact a Poro that grew a body that stood upright. That would explain the heart on her stomach, but in all actually, not even Valerie knows. Every since she was young, she had a fine white fur coat that covered her entire body. She was often mistake for a male yordle to her dismay. Other than that however, Valerie lived an average life. However, as she got older, her fur coat got thicker and she soon often developed hyperthermia on a daily basis. Fearing her health, Valerie at the age of 18 left Bandle City to find a location with a colder climate. Upon arriving in the Freljord, Valerie felt at home. However, her arrival in the Freljord wasn't taken lightly. Due to the fact there are no Yordles in the Freljord, Valerie was discriminated and treated as a Poro. This all stopped however, when Valerie discovered that she was able to use ice magic. Upon being thrown away from a populated area into a large group or Poros, the happiness from the Poros reacted with Valerie and synced with her emotions. The energy output from all these emotions caused an icy energy to emanate from her body. Valerie is now accepted in the Freljord as a special inhabitant and works with the League of Legends in hopes that other "unusual" characters are cast out.
Appearnace: Valerie is a Yordle around Tristana's size with a thick white down of fur. On her head are two pointed ears that are also covered in white fur. On her chest is a heart that resides just above her breasts (WHICH AREN'T THAT LARGE) which "puff out" with the rest of her chest. She doesn't wear clothing, as she is so full of fur that nothing is visible. Her hands and the heart both glow pale blue with ice magic.
Abilities:
Passive: Poro Happiness: Replacing her Mana Bar is a Happiness Bar. It can hold up to 1000 Happiness. For every 1000 units that Valerie travels (Multiplies by 1.25 each time she gains a Poro) Valerie finds a Poro on the Summoner's Rift which begins to follow her around. Valerie gains 1% movement speed for every Poro following her. Every 3 seconds, Valerie recieves 10 Happiness and blocks the next 5 damage from each of her poros. The shield lasts 6 seconds and stacks infinitely, from a single Poro.
Q: Shed Ice: (Pun on Shave-Ice) A chunk of ice is fired in a line. When it explodes, it turns into glittering flakes of ice. Valerie fires a chunk of ice in a skill shot that explodes when it hit's an enemy. Deals 120 / 140 / 150 / 170 / 190 magic damage (+0.35 per AP) 850 range 250 AoE radius Costs 40 Happiness Note: Ice chunk will always take 0.25 seconds to reach it's destination. 2 second cool down
W: Frost Fractal: A slow moving snowball fires to target location and then makes a light but very large explosion. (Like Ashe's hawkshot) Valerie sends out a snowball that reveals the area and for the next 4 seconds, allows Valerie to cast her abilities in the revealed area. (No matter her current location) Reveal duration: 4 seconds Reveal Radius: 250 / 350 / 450 / 550 / 650 units Range: 2000 units Note: Snowball will always take 1 second to reach it's destination. Costs 40 Happiness 20 second cool down
E: Hail of Happiness: Several large chunks of ice slam into the ground in rapid succession. Valerie calls down a small hail storm at target location, dealing magic damage and increasing spell damage inflicted by Valerie by 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5% increasing by the same amount each additional time they take magic damage. Deals 120 / 140 / 150 / 170 / 190 magic damage (+0.35 per AP) 850 range 250 AoE radius 0.25 second cast time Costs 40 Happiness 2 Second cool down
R: Poro Friends!: When this spell is leveled up, resets the rate you gain poros from moving. (It's set back to 1000 units)
Passive: Valerie gains 5 / 7 / 10 ability power for every Poro following her.
