What would it be? Whats the build, cost, name, stats, effect, and why is that the perfect item?

Mine:

Shield of the Banished Gem Knight + **Cost:**3,000 75 Armor, 25 Ability Power, 25 Magic Resist unique passive: Shatter- Nearby allies gain % of your maximum Armor as bonus Armor while inside the AOE. unique active: Radiance- Damages enemies in an AOE, and for a short time nearby allies are granted bonus Attack Damage and Ability Power.

Why? Because I miss old Taric. Don't judge. Heheehe. Anyways- what's your ideal item?
