Hextech ADC- PVP-106

I had a random idea for an ADC: A hextech-based viktor creation with a super range and high crit chance, but has that at the cost of mobility and attack speed. I hadnt thought of many stats for it, but I will if people seem to like it! :D

So, my idea: Projection Viktory Prototype-106

Passive: (Placeholder. Open to suggestions) Gains % increased movement speed

Q- PVP-106 throws a grenade out, doing moderate AoE physical damage.

W- (Also placeholder) He hits max attack speed, but AA damage is reduced by 25%

E- He drops a large amount of electrical wiring on the ground in an area around him, slowing enemy champions trying to approach him and dealing magic damage every second, but drains his mana every time it does damage to a champion.

R- Toggle: When toggled, PVP-106 shifts into a turret-stance. He can't move, and his attack speed is reduced(probably by about 25-35%), and he does 25% damage to turrets, but gains crit chance, massive vision range, and massively increased range(probably 1300+ on everything)

I've just started this, and mostly just put it here to get opinions. If people like the idea, I'll go more in-depth, and I'll be updating it if I come up with better ideas for his passive and W.
