Kog'Maw Passive change

Can we please get a change to the kog'maw passive? This idea of having an ability where you do damage after you die is rather conflicting with his role as a backline lategame hypercarry where using said passive could mean the end of the game. I know, it does give him something to do for a short time after he dies, but I'm sure Riot could come up with a passive that better suited his role as an AD carry. Honestly, I do my best not to use his passive, and it's rather pointless to have an ability that a good AD Carry will only use a few times all game. Unlike Karthus' passive, where he can still rip the enemy team apart if he dies, and Sion's passive where he can do the same thing, Kog's passive is, honestly, rather useless.

Lol. If it was a damage passive, he would be completely broken. His damage would be even more than Vayne's. If it was something defensive, he would also be completely broken. Kog'Maw pretty much can't have any more damage, and he sure as hell can't have any safety, either, because those are his strengths and weaknesses, respectively.

He can't have more damage nor can he have defense, clearly, but what if his passive was some sort of power shift? Maybe instead, his passive can trigger something like a mild damage loss to trade for a momentary boost in mobility. Think of the new Gargoyle's Stoneplate item 3193 active, or something along those lines. Adding a small mobility burst on a keystone (looking at Warlord's and Stormraiders) did not break the game, so changing one single champion's passive to something more interactive and dynamic would probably also not break the game. It doesn't even have to be mobility. Maybe to keep in tune with his theme, he moves slightly faster towards the corpses of enemy champions, and when he touches them, he gains a small amount of health back, somewhat similar to Jinx's passive movement speed, or something very small but at least usable for the game. I understand why his current passive hasn't been touched, but just because it would be tricky to make something better doesn't mean it should be ignored.
