Will there ever be another champion with % HP True damage?

Ah , I Don't know if this is just me, but my favorite part about vayne, is her W Damage!

There is literally nothing you can build to counter that damage, Build HP? Well, its a % amount, Build Armor? Well, it's true damage

Now this isn't a post about that ability being OP or anything, in fact, it's not even close. I just can't get over that type of damage and was thinking about creating a champion concept which would retain this % Hp True damage.

That said, if the people want it, I will create a champion idea incorporating % HP True damage, because it's really cool, but like i said, if the people want it. Please refer to the poll :3
