New champion (anti-tank)

I'm not sure if this concept has come up before (likely has) but here is my proposal. I'd like to see a champion in the game which is fairly weak against squishies but can nuke tanks. 1 way i thought this could could happen is by creating a champion which has abilities which scale off an enemies armour, MR and HP.

The way a champion like this would not be broken is by giving them very low ap/ad scaling and low base ability damage. A utility champion like this would be great because tanks are pretty strong right now and a champion like this would allow a team do deal with someone who is particularly tanky, for example Malphite.

There could be abilities that scale off a different stat and can be combo'd to produce a high damage output on tanks. For example, one ability could scale off of MR and another off armour.

Another interesting thing that could be included in such a kit is multiple abilities that do true damage, again, with a low base amount that scales off tank stats.

Hopefully riot can implement a champion like this into the game in the future, it would sure allow for some interesting team comps.

Honestly, it sounds like a pointless concept.

The only result would be players banning that champion whenever they plan to pick a tank (or bruiser).

The champion would only be unbanned against pure carry teams (against which they would be near useless).

It is a good idea but personally i think its going a bit too far. And yes, I agree to the way that the tank meta is strong. A champion that does True damage would be excessivee but i would personally love to see a champion that does dmg based on enemy's max hp which has an ad ratio such as an AA boost for next 3 AA's which would give the damage an increase against champions with higher health, Extra 5-10% dmg based on enemy max health with an addition of 30% armour pen, giving players an option for a tank melter, yet having them do small amounts of dmg against ADCs and as such. It would largely increase the interest of such champion.
