(Concept) Cosette, the Noxian Puppet Master

R - Duet
Cosette controls two puppets at the same time. Normally the puppets are considered one entity until R - Duet is activated. Once R - Duet is activated Cosette can have the secondary puppet dash every 2 seconds to target location within 1100 range by activating R - Duet. The secondary puppet borrows health from the main puppet when activated. Targeting the main puppet with R - Duet will cause the secondary puppet to return; if the secondary puppet is not destroyed, the full amount of health borrowed to create it is returned. Cosette begins the game with one point in R - Duet, but gains Accompaniment at Rank 2 R - Duet
Accompaniment : Cosette can have the secondary puppet attach itself to target allied champion, shielding them for its health amount. Even if the shield breaks, the secondary puppet is not destroyed. While active, the secondary puppet becomes the main source of spell casts. Accompaniment has a cooldown compared to R - Duet. If Accompaniment is active, the main puppet can activate R - Duet to dash instead, but can only activate and dash while within 1100 range of the secondary puppet.
The puppet that has recently dashed under R - Duet is the source for the next spell cast.
Innate - Strings
Spells will differ depending on which puppet is the source of the spell cast. If the puppet that did not cast the spell is hit by the spell, you can recast that ability for the other puppets portion of that ability.
Every time you connect Guillotine Theater and Blood-Knife Symphony with the other puppet, a string of razor wire will be strung up between the two. Razor wire can have up to 4 stacks. Each stack does bleed damage and slows enemies standing in it. Razor wire only lasts for 5 seconds out of combat.
Q - Guillotine Theater
Cosette causes the puppet to throw a curved blade with a razor wire attached in an arc, damaging all enemies hit. Succesfully throwing and catching both blades will cause the puppets to make the strings taut, pulling enemies to the center and stunning them. Enemies can only be damaged by one blade.
Main Puppet : Increased blade damage.
Secondary Puppet : Increased blade speed.
W - Yoink!
Cosette causes the puppet to jump up, temporarily becoming invulnerable and untargetable.
Main Puppet : Leaves a cloud of poisonous gas that does damage each second.
Secondary Puppet : Leaves flames on the ground, doing damage each second.
If the fire and gas zones overlap, the gas will explode and stun enemies inside. Any potential DoT damage from the poison and fire is dealt instantly, as well as any other DoT damage applied by Cosette or other champions. DoT damage triggered this way also has its damage increased by 10/20/30/40/50%.
E - Blood-knife Symphony
The puppet throws a knife and deals damage to enemies hit, with the knife stopping and lodging itself in the first enemy hit. Enemies take bleed damage while the knife is inside them. The puppet that did not throw the knife can then pull the knife out of the enemy champion while within a small radius of that champion, triggering any remaining DoT damage from the knife and any other DoT damage applied by Cosette or other champions. DoT damage triggered this way also heals the puppet who pulled the knife.
Main Puppet :
1st Activation ; Throws a single high damage knife in target direction.
2nd Activation ; Increased healing.
Secondary Puppet :
1st Activation ; Throws many low damage knives to target AOE, all enemy champions hit will have a knife lodged in them.
2nd Activation ; Can over-heal for a shield with an increased amount from the normal heal if that happens.
