Fenrir , the Displaced Lunar Guardian
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8tuWvGee4T0
Design : White wolf, with a set of fresh lunar armor akin to Diana's. He uses a silver twinblade in his mouth as a weapon in his alternate form. He has a crescent moon shaped bowl on his back.
Lore
Found astray from his family, Fenrir was picked up by the nomadic Lunari tribe. Growing up, he became fast friends with the princess of the Lunari tribe. When a contest to decide who would become the next guardian of the princess, Fenrir entered the contest. The challenge? Create the brightest Moonstone possible. Many used their skill and intuition to find spots for the moon to empower the stones, but only Fenrir was brave enough to sneak into the best possible spot : Mt. Targon. Climbing to the top of the mountain where the Solari stayed, he placed the stone as close to the moon as possible. Unfortunately, the avatar of the sun was also awake. Not willing to lose the contest, Fenrir dueled the Solari Leader until the night had passed. The two nearly killed each other, but Fenrir was not here to kill him. Succeeding in his mission, he took the moonstone down the mountain, evading the Rakkor as best he could. The moonstone was by far the brightest of them all, and Fenrir was appointed the guardian of the princess. The moonstone was then crafted into his armor that he wears now. Imbued with the power of the moon, Fenrir stood loyal guard over the princess for many years. One night, a group of mages and warriors came and attacked the Lunari tribe, exterminating them. Fenrir was not able to protect them, for the mages used unstable magic to eliminate him. Unknown to them, they threw Fenrir into the distant future. Now Fenrir seeks to return to the past, to fulfill his duty to his master.
Friends

Enemies

Role : Fighter
Skills
Innate - Silver Twinblade
Damage Radius : 75 units at a 90 Degree angle on either side of his mouth. (150 total)
Fenrir's basic attack is changed. Basic attacking an enemy in range will cause Fenrir to dash besides them with each basic attack. Basic attacks deal damage to all enemies hit by the Twinblade, but only the main target takes on hit effects like critical strikes. The dash distance varies with the size of the champion. Fenrir will do his best to move towards your cursor on each basic attack.
Q - Maul
Cost : 70 mana CD : 10 Range : 600
Active : Dashes in target direction, dealing 60/90/120/150/180 + (.4 Bonus AD) physical damage and refunding 40/50/60/70/80% if you hit an enemy champion. This can only occur once every 15 seconds against the same champion. Hitting an enemy with the edge of the Twinblade increases the damage by 50%.
W - Waxing Crescent
Passive : Each second Fenrir is doing damage to a champion, his moon shaped bowl on his back fills by 10% for each champion being damaged. Each % filled grants .2/.4/.6/.8/1% attack speed.
E - Nightstalker
No CD Cost : 90 mana Range : 400
Passive : Every 10 seconds, the next basic attack of Fenrir's will critically strike. Each basic attack against a champion or monster will lower the cooldown of this by 1 second.
Active : You can activate this if Waxing Crescent is full to blink to a location after .5 seconds, dealing 80/120/160/200/240 + (.5 AP) magic damage and lowering the sight range of enemies hit by 500. Waxing Crescent is consumed upon use.
R - Full Moon
Passive : Fenrir now deals 50% of all damage he deals as a physical bleed over 6/4/2 seconds. The same source of damage will not stack, but refresh the bleed duration.
Active : The size of Silver Twinblade grows by 100/200/300 total units, increasing the damage radius for basic attacks and Maul. In addition, On-Hit effects will strike all champion hit by the Twinblade and Waxing Crescent is immediately filled. This lasts for 15 seconds.
Gameplay and Playstyle
Early on Fenrir will have alot of trouble top lane, but moving into the jungle should be easy. Twinblade provides some clear speed when combined with Waxing Crescent and Nightstalker Critical damage. Coming out of the jungle with a full Waxing Crescent to initiate with Nightstalker allows for Fenrir to save his Maul for when the enemy uses thier first escape. If they have a second escape, Maul will be up shortly if Fenrir hit it. In fights, Fenrir wants to maximize the amount of targets he is hitting. Properly dashing in the right direction on his basic attacks is key to playing him correctly. Skillful play is rewarded by multiple casts of Nightstalker passive and active in a single fight. Maximizing the enemies hit by his twinblade is the key to properly playing Fenrir.
Here's an example of his basic attacks.

The arrows on either side is the range his basic attack will apply. He dashes beside them, with the next dash being decided by the mouse cursor. He dashes beside them again in that direction, rinse and repeat.
