Design - Noxian Combat Medic. The ghosts of his friends swirl around his head. His face is gaunt, showing how little sleep he has. He's tiny compared to any other Noxian.

Short Lore

Saigon was an unlikely prospect to ever make anything of his life in the Noxian military. He wasn't strong, he wasn't smart, and he wasn't brave. He was just Saigon. However that didn't stop Saigon. The Noxian military was a sign of prestige, honor, and power. He joined the military, barely passing the basic training and being pushed into a combat medic position. To celebrate he got a tattoo of his companies symbol; however, he was unaware of the sinister nature of the tattoo artist he hired. A voodoo shaman, he promised that his allies would always be with him once he finished the tattoo, literally.

Saigon was deployed to Ionia when Noxus invaded. The tour was uneventful until an Ionian ambush. A bloodbath on both sides, Saigon did his best until the Zaun Shock Troops arrived. While the shock troops were indiscriminately killing both sides with poisonous gas, he ran away leaving his friends dieing on the field. The first time he'd try to go to sleep, he'd be awakened by his friends. They were anchored to his soul by his tattoo. Angry that Saigon left them, they tortured him incessantly, blaming him for their predicament. Saigon roamed Runeterra, unable to sleep, unable to have friends, and unable to let his friends rest in peace. One day while in a village, he helped save a little girls life. The spirits were appeased temporarily, and he was able to get his first sleep in years. Now Saigon travels Runeterra in search of people to help, both to help him and his friends.

Friends Riven

Role: Support

Skills

Innate - Haunted

Saigon is haunted by the ghosts of his friends, causing him to not have any allied vision. Instead, he sees shadowy figures in the fog of war and his vision can't be broken by bushes and walls. In addition Saigon has 50% more move speed out of combat. Minimap is unaffected.

Q - Defibrillator

CD: 10 Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 mana Range: 200 Maximum Attack Speed Bonus: 40/60/80/100/120%+(5% AP) Maximum Move Speed Bonus: 20% Buff Duration: 5 seconds Maximum Stun: 2 seconds Maximum Damage: 150/225/300/375/450

Pressing down the skill causes Saigon to charge his defibrillator for up 3 seconds. Upon release of the button Saigon releases the charge in target direction. If an allied champion is hit they have all debuffs removed and gain an attack and move speed buff based on charge time. If an enemy is hit they lose all buffs in addition to taking damage and being stunned based off charge time. Saigon must cast this within 5 seconds of charging.

W - Feel No Pain

CD: 15 Cost: 100 mana Range: 1100

Saigon throws a needle of meds at target allied champion. The allied champion has all damage taken reduced by 10/20/30/40/50 + (.1 AP) for 3 seconds. In addition the ally champion has all non-airborne CC effects delayed until Feel No Pain wears off.

E - Barricade

Cost: 50 mana CD: 20/18/16/14/12 Range: 300 Wall Length: 400/500/600/700/800

The ghosts push back all enemies in target direction 500 units, and then create a destroyable wall at target location. The ghosts fire weapons every 2 seconds, knocking back enemies 400 units and doing 50/70/90/110/130 + (.25 AP) magic damage. Barricade lasts 4 seconds.

R - Field Surgery

CD: 150/140/130 Cost: 100/200/300 mana Range: 150

Saigon can revive any ally that has died within 15 seconds. Saigon channels over 5 seconds over target allied corpse, healing them for 20% each second. Allies can choose to be revived early or not at all. If allies refuse, Field Surgery does not go on cooldown and refunds the cost. Upon a successful revive Saigon regains his allied vision for three minutes. Allies revived are effected by Feel No Pain and Defibrillator (Dependent on channel duration).

Playstyle

Saigon is a support through and through, but he can lane and roam with equal success. Counter-ganking enemies will always tip into Saigon's favor due to Feel No Pain allowing an ally to escape to turret and Barricade to split up enemies. General combo is waiting for the enemy to commit their CC on a target and use Feel No Pain to hold off the CC until Defibrillator is fully charged to turn the fight around. His ult being able to resurrect allies causes Saigon to be a priority target. Saigon has to be careful with his use of barricade, as that is his only safety when attempting Field Surgery. Saigon also has to make sure his positioning is always on point. His vision seeing over walls and into bushes is very important, but as he has no mobility he needs to be within quick range of allies in order to De-fibrillate them. Saigon faces the weaknesses most supports face, highly mobile enemies that can take him out of the fight before he can make his impact.

Question: So since he doesn't get allied vision, but his minimap is unaffected, does this mean his map shows vision, while what's around him in the actual game does not? It's an interesting effect, but I didn't quite get the entirety of it or it's purpose other than to go for a theme of the character.

Playstyle: Roaming support, I could see him walking from bottom lane to help another lane, such as middle with heals and possibly a revive, as well as providing a small amount of suppression with his E. He also could be the first jungle support, as he doesn't get vision from allies.
