Ixo, [Champion Concept] The Scientific Demon
"I sure do remember myself when I was dying. I've had lots of time to think. Now let's put those thoughts to action."
Ixo was created in a lab with corrupted scientist in Zaun. The scientists took the body of a near dying Ionian - and placed it in a chamber filled with a liquid unknown to anyone besides the scientist. In a extraordinary feat, somehow the Ionian had mutated into something different - that the scientists had never expected. The Ionian began growing - strange features... Horns began to grow out of the Ionian's head, and little bumps on the side of the subject had evolved soon into arms. The Ionian was repeatedly studied by the scientists, and the scientists - with no concept of slowing the process down, kept adding more chemicals into the chamber.
Until finally, the Ionian had evolved to something new. It was no longer human, it was a "thing". During one of the tests on the subject, the subject opened one of his eyes in the unknown liquid, and another eye. As the Zaun scientists watched in awe as they saw the the subject come back to life - the subject smiled. It's grin so large - it covered the whole subject's face. As the scientists, started to add more chemicals into the mix of liquids - to hopefully knock out the subject, the subject broke through the chamber - grabbed one of the scientist's hands, and snatched him into the liquid - drowning him to death.
The subject still began to smile, and the Zaun scientists took another chemical to sedate the subject to hopefully stop it. The subject was successfully sedated, and closed it's eyes. However, the grin was still on it's face. It smiled more, and it's grin grew much larger in seconds. Bumps on the side of the creature grew astronomically large, and they seemed to get sharper... Like the subject was made of metal. Until, the chamber cracked - and the liquid flooded the lab. Sharp metal began to form on the sides of the creature, and the scientists fled. The subject was named Ixo after the incident.
Ixo, escaped the lab, and his four arms that he grew had disappeared into two again. Ixo looks like his regular Ionian self, almost like a samurai or ninja. Ixo gathered cloth to disguise himself from others, and even has a normal voice. That's until, you meet him that is.
Ixo has two forms - Demon and Human. He activates them with his ultimate, which has a system like Jayce. You do NOT have to upgrade his ultimate. Ixo is much more aggressive with Demon, however he steals his own health away - and will slowly die, painfully. Human form is a much more passive mode. It doesn't do very much damage compared to Demon mode, however, it does have lots of strong mobility.

So, now the part you've probably been waiting for. It's the abilities! (NOTE THIS CLASS IS MANALESS)
Thoughts {Passive} The thoughts still remain in Ixo's head, causing him to keep getting back up. If Ixo gets below 30% health, he gains a speed buff that enhances his movement speed by 25%, and heals 10% of his current health. (210 Second CD)
Ancient Dash [Ability] Use the art of the ancients, dashing forwards and dealing (20%/30%/40%/50%/75%/100%) of your AD and (50/75/125/150/200) flat damage. This ability is on a 18 second cooldown, and decreases by 1.5, going to down 9 seconds at max level.
Melting Liquid [Ability] Throw a splash of the liquid that was inside of you in the Zaun lab slowing enemies and speeding allies, and you up. It slows enemies for (10%/15%/20%/25%/30%/40%) of an enemie's movement speed, and (5%/10%/15%/20%/25%/30%) of your movement speed. This ability is on a average 23 second cooldown, and goes by 2 seconds every level.
Sky Blade [Ability] Hit an enemy with your next basic attack, that will knock the enemy up, and makes them take (10%/20%/30%/40%/50%/70%) more damage for the next 1.5 seconds. This ability is on a 30 second cooldown, that will decrease by 3 every upgrade.
The ultimate skill switches you between forms.
You lose 1.5% of your current health every second while in Demon form.
Demon Blade [Ability] Swing your blade in front of you - dealing (85/125/175/210/255/300) and 0.2 of your AD. Then, you can activate this ability again, and jump in the air and swing downwards onto an enemy that will deal (50/75/150/175/200/250) and 0.2 of your AD. Then you can activate this ability AGAIN, that will swing your blade that will pull enemies towards you, and deal 0.4 of your AD. This ability's cooldown is 28 seconds, and lowers by 1.5 every upgrade.
Arm Slam [Ability] Grow six arms for (3/3.5/4/4.5/5/5.5) seconds that grow out of your body, that will make your basic attacks stun enemies for a second. You can NOT stun the same enemy twice in less then 6 seconds. You can use abilities during this.
Blade Armor [Ability] Shoot 10 blades out of your body, that will last for three seconds. Any enemies hit by the blades are knocked back, and slowed for (10%/20%/25%/30%/35%/40%) of their movement speed, and deals (65/100/145/210/265/300) damage and a 0.5 AD ratio. This ability is on a 20 second cooldown, and goes down by 1.75 seconds every upgrade.
