[Rotating Game Mode] Random build game

Game features:

• Summoner's Rift
• Draft pick with normal ban system
• All Doran's items are available for the first 5 minutes of the game
• Everyone gets 8 random completed items to choose from
• 1 is a sightstone/support item upgrade, 1 is a jungling item, 1 is boots (unless you are Cass), and 5 are chosen at random from completed items that are not the ones previously mentioned
• You get 1 item reroll - when rerolling an item, you will never get one of the same type (AD, AP, Tank)
• You can build items and their components in any order and stack them if you choose to
