You can get item 3363 wards off it too. No ward cap on those. Also Zombie Wards from the rune don't count towards cap.

The new meta start with 0 items and get 6 Eleisa's Miracle from Kleptomancy and then level up 3 times to get them out of your inventory while still giving you the regen and then do it all over again until you have the regen from 30 Eleisa's Miracles without them taking any inventory space

you would need some hp to prevent intial instagib burst anything that kills in under 2 seconds other than that you set.

I believe every consumable there has ever been except vision wards and elixir of ruin is able to be acquired by using Kleptomancy. So far, this is what I have been able to get with it:

Stealth ward Control ward Farsight ward Elixir of iron | Elixir of wrath | > These stack infinitely if you get multiples of them using Kleptomancy. Elixir of sorcery | Elixir of skill Oracle's elixer Health potion Mana potion

Some new items: Sac of gold - gives you between 20 and 120 gold Elixir of adaptive force - gives you 10+1 per level AD or AP depending on what is already higher

The problem with it is there are very few champions who can get much use out of it. For it to be any good, you need a champion who uses a lot of mana, auto attacks, and has spammable abilities. Some good ones who come to mind are Ezreal, Gangplank, Taric, Teemo, and Twisted Fate.

if kleptomancy is that thing that gives u gold and random items, I think it should be removed. Saw a vid of someone getting a random iron pot from it and winning a really close 1v1 off of it. They already had full items so it was auto consumed. So rng.
