Sarai is a short (not Veigar short, just short compared to normal size) blue-haired woman, wearing a blue and white cape, and a shiny blue bow with white arrows.

Build: Ability Attack Range: 575 Movement Speed: 330 (I think this is about average, not entirely sure.) Health- 502-1487 Mana- 376-911 Roles: Assassin, Mage

Passive- Mortal Plane

Sarai teleports in and out of the mortal plane as she dies, dodging an attack whenever she loses more than 15% of her health in one second. The dodge lasts 2.5 seconds, and if she successfully dodges an attack, she gains 2 (+1 per 3 levels) ability power. She cannot use this more than twice every 18 seconds, gaining a "charge" of this every 9 seconds, and "stacking charges" up to 2.

Q- Spirit Swap

Sarai instantly changes places with an enemy, gaining 30/36/42/48/54% movement speed for 1.6 seconds and sending a spirit bolt at the enemy, dealing 40/65/90/115/140 (+40% AP) and silencing them for 1.6 seconds.

Cooldown- 18/15.5/13/10.5/8s Mana- 60/70/80/90/100

W- Aerial Shots

Passive: Sarai gains 16/24/32/40/48 ability power when nearby a silenced enemy. The enemy does not need to be silenced from Sarai for this to occur.

Active: Sarai shoots an enchanted arrow in a direction, dealing 55/85/115/145/175 (+45% AP) damage to the first enemy hit and silencing them for 1 second. She then jumps up and fires two more arrows with greatly increased range - 300/350/400/450/500 extra range- dealing 30/50/70/90/110 (+25% AP) damage each. During the skill, she dodges all attacks if she hits an enemy champion with her first arrow. She will be brought backwards 250 range during the duration of the skill.

Cooldown- 10/8.75/7.5/6.25/5 Mana- 55/60/65/70/75

E- Otherworldly Instinct

Sarai sends a spirit forth, revealing the nearby area after 1.8 seconds. Enemies in the area are revealed for 4.5 seconds and receive 90/145/200/255/310 (+80% AP) damage at the end of the reveal. If the enemy attacks Sarai, the reveal ends after 0.6 seconds and they are slowed by 20/25/30/35/40% for 1.5 seconds.

Cooldown- 35/28/21/14/7 Mana- 60/65/70/75/80

R- Haunting Terror

Passive: Sarais basic attacks deal 30/50/70 magic damage on hit and pierce the targets soul, making them lose mana equal to 1% of their health.

Active: Sarai increases Spirit Swaps range by 50/75/100% for 9 seconds and lowers its cooldown by 2/3/4 seconds. During this duration, she terrors enemies near her for 0.8 seconds every 3 seconds and reduces nearby enemies magic resist by 50/65/80 (+3% AP). Enemies receive 100/180/260 (+30% AP) damage each time they are terrored.

Forgot to add the cooldown and mana cost for ultimate (R).

What if the enemy champion has energy instead of mana or no secondary bar at all? the second part of Sarrai's passive become useless. Regardless, this is a nice champion and I would like to see her added in game. EDIT: The passive part of the ult, not the actual passive...my bad.

just my thoughts

the dodge is powerful for what i think is a squishy

and it seems to pop up quite a bit

the q also is pointless

why does what i think is a squishy champ have an ability to switch with an opponent. maybe to keep with the style of the champ (even if i think its op) make it a like an arcane shift. and if she builds attack speed and a runnans in teams fights no one on the enemy team can cast any spells save for summoners.

other then that, this is cool
