[Skin Concept] Dark Age Ekko

Since Ekko is a time based champ, he's essentially asking for this skin:

Appearance: Dressed in a dark, steel, armor suit that has a red plume on the helmet. His sword-thing is replaced with an actual sword. The Time-thing is unchanged, but glows red rather than blue.

Q: The grenade sent out is now a wooden box that just spins out like normal. When it expands, it opens up and a bunch of torturous devices spring from it's inside. The area around it glows red.

**W: **The image of Ekko resembles a red translucent copy of himself which throws (he doesn't bat it) a torch into the target area, which then explodes in a large bubble of fire. The bubble explodes even larger when Ekko steps in it.

E: Ekko DOES A BARREL ROLL with some red aura coming off him as he does. When he blinks, instead of distortion, he vanishes and reappears to strike the target with a vile slashing sound as if he had moved at light speed.

**R: **The copy that follows Ekko is red in color. When Ekko casts the ability, he teleports back with sonic speed rather than distortion and strikes the area in a explosion of fire.
