I'm back with a brand new concept for my champion, and I'd love to hear what you think!!

Champion Concept

Warren, the Puppet Master.

Gender: Male Race: Human Affiliation: Zaun (formerly Noxus) Primary Role: Support Secondary Role: Player Choice

Gameplay

Health: 425 (+67) Health Regen: 5.0 (+0.45) Mana: 260 (+50) Mana Regen: 8 (+0.35) Range: 475 (Ranged) Attack Damage: 53.32 (+4.1) Attack Speed 0.585 (+1.75%) Armor: 20 (+3.7) Magic Resistance: 33 (+0) Mov. Speed: 325

Basic Attack: Shoots a detachable fist from Strings, causing the range to vary based on where Strings is.

Passive: Pulling the Strings Upon dying, the alchemy of the rings is activated, reviving Warren with 30% max health after 5 seconds. During these 5 seconds, Warren has control of Strings, and can move him at an increased movement speed, respawning behind Strings after the 5 seconds has expired. Strings can also attack independently of Warren while these 5 seconds transpire. During this time, Strings has 500 health and takes 25% reduced damage. Strings' death cancels Warren's revival.(300 second cooldown).

Q: Strung Along, 750 Range, 16/14/12/10/8 Second Cooldown. 70/75/80/85/90 Mana on enemy Cast. 70/75/80/85/90 Mana +5% Max Mana on Ally Cast. Duration: 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 seconds.

Strings shoots out a set of strings that tethers the enemy. Rather than pulling them in, he uses puppetry on the enemy Champion. Once tethered, the moves of the enemy mirror that of the Warren. For example, tethering a facing you will and then moving forward will cause the enemy to move forward, effectively causing you two to walk towards each other. Likewise, moving backwards, will cause the enemy to move backwards, distancing you from the enemy. However, catching an enemy who has their back turned to you will cause you to move in the same direction, i.e. moving forward will cause them to move forward, but away from you, and vice-versa. These strings can be fired while facing away from an opponent, allowing for easy zoning. Does 90/120/150/180/210 Magic Damage (+50% AP) over the duration.

If cast on an ally, Warren pumps the strings full of his life essence, restoring health and mana to the ally while draining his pwn health and mana. However, the tethered ally can move freely, although must remain in range if he or she wants the full benefit of the restoration. Heals 60/85/110/135/160 and 30/40/50/60/70 mana +5% of Warren's max (+10% AP)

W: Stretching Strings. Up to 500/550/600/650/700 Range. 50/50/50/50/50 Strings rushes forward. If Strings makes contact with an enemy, he unleashes a strong strike with his metal arm, dealing 60/80/100/120/140 Magic Damage (+30% AP) and slows the enemy for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds. The maximum distance is about that of a Poppy ult, max charge. Regardless of whether or not Strings makes contact, after rushing forward, Strings will stay where he is, allowing him use basic attacks and his Q from a distance, basically extending his basic attack range by a large distance. Any projectiles that hits Strings will be blocked, although Strings has a damage cap of 300/500/700 before rushing back to Warren automatically. He also will rush back automatically after 15 seconds. Casting W again will return him to his original distance (being right next to Warren) at no mana cost.

E: Costumed Stand-in

Costs 75 mana. Cooldown 20/18/16/14/12

Strings and Warren seamlessly switch places, disguised as one another until the disguise ends after 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 seconds or when one of them attacks. The disguise will break if Strings takes 100/200/300/400/500 damage or if he attacks.

R: Coup de Grace 150 Mana. 135/125/115 Strings looses a set of strings that latches onto to an enemy, dealing 150/250/350 (+75% AP) magic damage to the target enemy champion. If the target dies, then Warren uses the dead enemy as the puppet until he or she respawns. The puppeted corpse of the enemy has 50/75/100% of the original enemy's max health, and will seek out a selected enemy champion, moving with increased move speed. Upon catching the foe, it will snare them in place and after a 2 second channel, explode, doing 300/400/500 damage (+100% AP) the target and 25% to surrounding foes. During the 2 second channel and during the chase, the puppet can be damaged, although it takes 30/40/50% reduced damage. Killing the puppet causes it to be neutralized, doing no damage.

Lore: To be a Noxian is to know no fear, no weakness, and no mercy. To be a Noxian is to never retreat or run from battle. To be a Noxian means to believe that strength is absolute, and that pure power will topple all opposition. Anything less is treachery.

An alchemist and scientist by trade, Giles Warren was forced into battle when a Demacian force ambushed a small Noxian squadron. Although inexperienced in battle, he walked bravely onto the battlefield, with multiple homemade weapons in his satchel. He killed many Demacians in battle, and it appeared that fortune had smiled upon the Noxian Army. However, the commander of the Noxian force called for a retreat. Angered by the cowardice of this order a lone soldier cleanly cut off the head of the commander, and took over as leader of the platoon. The vigilante soldier in question was Darius, and the decapitated commander, Warren's father. Warren fled from the battlefield, with tears streaming from his eyes.

This execution garnered the attention of Jericho Swain himself, who praised Darius for his wisdom and bravery, while also sentencing Warren to death.

His execution was to be carried like all of the others: By the Glorius Executioner himself, Draven. However, when Draven threw his first axe at the weary soldier, he faced something that he had never seen before. Most scrambled to escape. A few repentent souls awaited death's embrace. All Draven cared about was looking good, so the reaction to their demise didn't matter.

Warren caught the axe with his bare hands.

His fingers were mangled, and blood poured from his hands, but the axe was in his grasp. He executed himself, and forever robbed Draven of the satisfaction of the kill. However, through pre-planned alchemy, he revived himself, and fled to Zaun in search of a scientist to help him. He found this scientist in Urgot, who outfitted him with synthetic hands to replace his mangled ones, and through a combination of the alchemy of Warren and the scientific prowess of Urgot, created rings that emit ethereal strings, which Warren used to manipulate others, including his Strings, made from his former Noxian weapons and a fallen Noxian soldiers. He enlisted into the League of Legends in order to exact his vengeance on Noxus, and to take down Swain, Draven, and Darius, but not before sending a letter to Draven, mocking him that he was still alive.

"I will control Noxus. One puppet at a time." -Warren, in his spiteful letter to Draven.

Friends: Urgot Rivals/Enemies: Swain, Darius, Draven.

Appearance: Tall, with a rogue-like hood, although his face is visible under it. Fair skin, cybernetic hands, each finger with a ring on it, with the color of the ring and of the ethereal strings matching the team that the player is on. Shirt similar to Cloth Armor, brown pants with a black belt, and black leather shoes. A pair of glasses, with a crack on the right lens. The construction of Strings is rather similar to Urgot, part man, part machine. The face is half robotic, and half flesh, with the split being similar to the Phantom of the Opera Mask. One arm is wooden, one is metal. The torso, steel. The legs are stone, with runes carved in, as a symbol of the alchemy. The puppet walks with a limp, almost like a zombie, but with the limp being far more noticeable than Swain's.

Quotes: Selection Quote: "The curtain rises on another battle."

Attacking: "Face the music." "Now, for some action." "Spotlight's on you." "Nice knowing you." "You'd make a good puppet." "I have a spot on my shelf for you." "I'll have you wrapped around my finger."

"Shall we begin?" "I concur." "Let the show begin!" "I hope you enjoy this first number." "For my father!" "Come Strings!"

When using "Pulling the Strings" "'Tis but a scratch!" "I won't die until my mission is complete." "You shan't be rid of me that easily."

When using "Strung Along". "Wrapped around my finger!" "Who's pulling the strings now?" "I'll make you my personal marionette."

When using "Strung Along" on Fiddlesticks: "I think I play a rather mean Fiddle!"

When using "Strung Along" on Nocturne: "I can count on you for a blackout when show's over, right?"

When using "Strung Along" on Darius, Draven, or Swain: "Noxus! In the palm of my hand."

When using Stretching Strings: "Out you go!" "Extend!" "Stretch!" "Huah!"

When using Coup De Grace: "And...Curtain!" "That's a wrap!" "And the curtain closes on another battle."

Upon killing an enemy and assimilating them with Coup De Grace: "Take a bow!" "I have a role for you in my next show!" "You're on my cast list!" "Come, let's greet your public." "Another one for the collection!"

Joke: (While making the joke, he is manipulating Strings, who is twirling and nodding in agreement.) "Stop commanding me, Summoner! I'm no puppet!" "I'm pulling the Strings! Hahaha! Ha...Ha..I say that too much..."

Taunt: (Warren crosses his arms and glares at the enemy, while Strings does the same.) "You're going to lose! It's in the script, after all." "You'll be my puppet soon! But don't be nervous! Being a real boy is overrated anyway!"

Taunting an enemy Draven: "The crowd's on my side now!" "Ladies and Gentlemen! Draven! And the crowd goes silent!"

Taunting an enemy Swain: "Swain, Swain, go away! You'll come again no other day." "I'll be pulling the strings of Noxus, thank you very much!"

Taunting an enemy Darius: "For my father! Today marks the end of the Nefarious Darius!" "Perhaps your head would look better on my puppet!"

Dance: (Warren brings Strings over to him, and they waltz together.)

Laugh: (Warren and Strings both begin laughing. Warrens laugh peters out, but Strings continues guffawing, prompting him to smack Strings on the back of the head.) "Hahahaha! Hahaha...ha...It wasn't that funny." "Hahahaha! HahaHAHA snort Ahem, yes well.' "Hehehehehe! He...he...Ok, the moment has passed." "Hahahahaha! Hehehehe! He...he..It's not that fun-OW! Splinter!"

Slaying an enemy Darius: "Your head as forfeit!"

Slaying an enemy Draven: "Quoth the Draven: NEVERMORE! Hahahaha!"

Slaying an enemy Swain: "An enemy has been SWAIN! Hahahaha!"

Skins: Thespian Warren: Warren and Strings both don Capes and Phantom of the Opera Masks, as well as tuxedos and dress pants. Showstopper Warren: Warren and Strings both have top hats and canes, as well as large "Groucho Marx" glasses, complete with the goofy glasses, comically large nose, and false mustache. Warlock Warren: Warren has a tool belt on, complete with voodoo dolls and pins, and ropes around his fingers, harnessing himself to Strings while Warren has dark robes. (Dialogue changes to a more menacing tone. Through a few -eths at the end of verbs to sound colonial and old-timey) Bound Together Warren and Strings: Strings is human and the two are chained together. The dialogue changes to the two of them talking to each other and arguing that they are stuck together, almost as though they were both prisoners and are forced to escape and work together while chained together.

Trivia: The name Giles Warren, as well as Warlock Warren is in reference to Arthur Miller's "The Crucible", as well as the Salem Witch Trials, in which a voodoo puppet was supposedly used in witchcraft, sending the events of the Witch Trials into motion. Two accused people were Giles Corey and Mary Warren. The Noxian Soldier used to make Strings may or may not be the remains of Warren's own father. Maybe.

Gameplay moved to the top for your convenience. Should I simplify and shorten the text for the skills?
