Please do not throw Scryer's Bloom on an enemy before you gank.
Sincerely, your top laner.
Sincerely, your top laner.
It's kind of funny to be pushing in your wave and suddenly you see a giant wave on your map and these blue bubbles above your head
Sometimes I do this as a Jungler when I know the enemy either a.) won't be able to retreat in time anyways (think immobile character pushed up to tower) or b.) I know a gank won't work and I'm just clearing the ward that will make it not work. On the other hand, you can really screw with someone's mind in solo queue by doing this, clearing the wards and then trying to make think you left and then approaching from a different angle.
And that's fair. And that's smart. And if you were my jungler, that'd be great, because you're tactical and innovative like that.
But most junglers do it on their way up to gank and I don't get why?
It's not like we're gonna lose sight of them. And if you reveal a ward, and stop to clear it, they'll already have backed off.
People need to either gank or clear wards. Both at the same time just doesn't work.
And the worst thing is that people will Scry top, it'll reveal wards, and they won't go for the wards!
They're send it top and then go in for the gank as if they didn't announce their presence with the scry.
So they'll just waste it, not clear the wards, and fail the gank.
The moment I saw a scryer's bloom used, I realised it gave ganks, dragon, and baron away.
The fact people are still doing it after more than half a season is just...
