Personally, I think they should have just based the Fiora rework on Weiss. Look at Weiss' fight with the White Fang lieutenant and the final move specifically; that is what Fiora's ult was. Integrating Weiss's abilities into a kit and working the ult around that could've maybe worked. And it could've still felt like a duelist. Side point: Weiss totally had that guy
