Mandatory buff to Garen
Upon scoring a kill on any Noxian with his ult, he shouts DEMACIA! with enough justice to be heard globally by both teams.
Also applies when smiting a Villain or Teemo.

The real buff he needs is to bring back the AaAaAaAa screaming when he spins, that was epic.
I've been pushing for this buff for a long time now. Great to see another supporter!
You can't escape or unhear "JUSTICE!"
I still think that when he kills somebody with his ultimate, the shockwave should be seen by everybody, not just himself and the person that died.

Upvote yes please. If we can get the zac thing i'd say the LEAST we can get is a global DEMACIA! or some cool sound efect when he smites villains. not literally smites, smites like, the justice thing....yeah.

Add in everyone's screen shakes and the thunder can be heard anywhere.
Finally, the announcer says "justice was served to noxian filth / Satan / foul villian"
