[Rework Concept] Miss Fortune, the Bounty Hunter

Passive - Love Tap: Miss Fortune's next basic attack against an enemy unit (turrets included), that was not the target of her previous basic attack, will critically strike, dealing reduced critical strike damage. Natural critical strikes negate the damage reduction.
- Double Up: Miss Fortune's critical strikes bounces to hit another unit behind it. The bounced shot applies on-hit effects, including Love Tap, but does not trigger Double Up. If Love Tap kills its primary target, the Double Up bounce is a guaranteed an unmitigated critical strike. Love Tap can't trigger Double Up more than once every few seconds on the same target, natural critical strikes however can.
Q - Fortune's Favor - Enemies: Miss Fortune rolls up to a target enemy, gaining bonus lethality on her next auto attack. Miss Fortune gains bonus gold if she kills an enemy with her next auto attack. Enemy champions with a gold bounty increases her lethality gained, the higher the bounty the higher the lethality.
- Friends with Benefits - Allies: Miss Fortune can also target allies, changing the target of projectiles in flight targeting Miss Fortune to her ally, if she manages to roll behind them. Targeting minions shares the damage Miss Fortune would have taken instead of redirecting it.
W - Shock and Awe - First Cast: For 5 second Miss Fortune reduces her attack speed by 50% - 0%, but fires a second shot with each attack. Damaging a new target with Love Tap during Shock and Awe will increase the duration of Shock and Awe by .5 seconds.
- Bullet Time - Second Cast: Recasting this ability marks an enemy unit. While a marked enemy is within auto attack range, her second shot will target them instead of Miss Fortune's primary target.
E - Make it Rain Boys: Miss Fortune whistles to her crew, and after a brief delay they rain down hundreds of bullets, knives, bombs, arrows, spells, etc. onto the target area for a few seconds, slowing and dealing physical and magic damage to enemies within the area. The type of damage an enemy is dealt changes randomly every .5 seconds they are in the area.
- Strut your Stuff - Passive: Miss Fortune becomes immune to slows and gains a burst of movement and attack speed while in the area, that decays over a few seconds when she leaves the area.
R - Guns Blazing - First Cast: Miss Fortune channels for 4 seconds while firing several waves of bullets in a cone in a target direction, with each wave dealing physical damage. The 12 / 14 / 16 waves can individually critically strike, dealing bonus physical damage.
- Center of Attention - Second Cast: Miss Fortune fires the remaining waves around her in all directions, changing the direction of each individual wave. Miss Fortune will prioritize directions with enemy champions. Enemies marked by Bullet Time will always be targeted by a wave, while they are in range.
