Malgar (The Metal Devourer)

PASSIVE: Metal Armor- Malgar Can Eat any Metal. So if a Champion has Swords, Guns, Shields or Armor, Malgar will Eat them. If a structure like a turret has Metallic armor, he can continuously eat it. After eating a metal, Malgar gains 30 Armor permanently.

[Q] Vicious Chomp- Malgar Chomps and devours metal on his target: Damage to turret = 1 Turret plate. Damage to Champions = None, 80% of armor is converted to True Damage on bite if champion has no metal on them.Armor Chomp = 50% more physical damage dealt to target (Until Target Recalls) Weapon Chomp = 50% reduced damage (Until Target Recalls) [8/7/6/5/4 Second Cooldown] [No Cost]

[W] RAVENOUS LUNGE- Malgar Lunges at an enemy dealing 10% of health as True Damage. [18/16/14/12/10 Second Cooldown, No Cooldown if Target’s metal was devoured] [No Cost]

[E] RAPID SPIT- Malgar Spits on his target, reducing their Movement Speed. If their metal was eaten, his spit stuns them for 2 seconds, 4 seconds if the target is on a killing spree. [16/14/12/10/8/ Second Cooldown] [No Cost]

[R] GRAVITATIONAL PULL- Malgar Globally reveals the location of all Champions wearing metals even if they are stealthed. Recasting this ability transports him to the nearest Champion and knocks them up. ]150/135/120 Second Cooldown] [No Cost]

Your giving him way too many free stats with that passive and it would be better if metal randomly spawn since its doubtful they will code for every single lol champion for each different effects. Its a unique Idea but I feel its way too much coding involved. Keep working on it, I remade my Amari champion seven times so far, it get better with every different version of the champion concept you make.

Passive - man, that armour gain is too damn high, especially if it applies every time he attacks someone, even if he is supposed to be a tank.

Q - way too inconsistent. Only applies to champs with metal on them? Will make him too good against certain champs, not good enough against others. And he's...manaless?

W - no true damage dashes please.

E - Does this do damage or not? Also a 2-second stun is basically a level 1 Morgana Morgana Q, and 4 is even more than a maxed Q.

R - 'nearest champion' in what range?

Overall I'm struggling to imagine his theme and the abilities aren't particularly well-balanced. Think carefully about what you want from this champion.

I think, if you cant take 1 plate per 8sec is insane op. Increase CD maybe?

It's an interesting idea but I feel there's too much true damage built into his kit. I'm not against true damage by itself but I do think it either be on his Q or W, not both. If on Q then I think the true damage conversion amount should be lowered to just 50 or 30% and not be 80%.

With E I'm not a fan of the stun lasting 4 seconds if a foe is on a killing spree. I think a fair compromise would be 3 seconds or 2.5 seconds, so it would still get the job done but not be dependent on something that's not really guaranteed to happen every game.

For the passive that feels too much like Cho'Gath and Veigar to me honestly. If he's gonna gain permanent armor like that then it shouldn't be 30. I think 10 or 5 is much more reasonable and fair.

Again it's an interesting idea but it just needs a few teaks to make it more reasonable and fair.
