@Riot: Serious talk about 750 RP skins

Look, I get the point of 750 RP skins. Actually, I've really liked 750 RP skins, especially the Debonair ones and SSW Singed/Talon. They look sweet and the skins aren't losing anything for not having new particles or huge model upgrades.

But please, don't ruin great skin ideas by giving them the 750 RP tag. Right now, there are two skins on the PBE, SSW Rengar and Queen of Diamonds Syndra, which greatly deserve 975 quality because the concepts are fantastic but are pretty mediocre due to the fact that they can't have the upgrades they need because of their 750 RP price tag. I would much rather have a good, but slightly more expensive skin than a boring but cheaper one.

TL;DR: If a skin is meh or bad at 750, raise it to 975 so it can get the love it needs.
