Skin trade market (Legacy skins only of course)

Was thinking about how i want some legacy skins pretty bad, or some event skins too

and how i have a bunch of skins I don't want that are pretty nice and legacy

since legacy skins dont go on the market (Or do so rarely) i was thinking what if we had an option to trade legacy skins

it wouldn't cut into riot's wallet, but would allow those of us who want that one skin to get it

hell i'd trade my riot nasus for vindicator vayne
