Katarina came after Warring Kingdom Katarina, and before WK Katarina, it had been 3 years since her last skin, she doesn't need a new one at the moment, but she shouldn't wait that long again, no one should, though Pool Party Katarina, if done right would be awesome, q, through a water balloon that bounces 3 times, when she lands on it it explodes, same with w, her e would be like her popping out from under the water, her ult would be rapid fire ballons, and her recall would have her climb a diving board ladder, jump, then use shunpo over and over to make a huge splash, but the splash would appear back at base so as not to cause visual confusion.
