[Rework Concept] Nami, the Tide Caller

Passive - Tidecaller's Blessing: Nami's blessed water that touches allied champions, or herself, causing their next basic attack or ability to deal bonus magic damage and slow their target for 1 second. This can stack onto a champion 3 times.
Q - Aqua Prison: Nami tosses a bubble at a target location, dealing magic damage to the enemy closest to the center, prioritizing champions, revealing them, and suspending them for 3 seconds. Attacking the bubbled enemy causes them to be dealt bonus damage and be freed from the bubble as it pops. Minions and large monsters bubbled take bonus damage when attacked but it does not pop their bubble.
W - Ebb and Flow: Nami unleashes a stream of water onto the target champion or herself, which then bounces to nearby unaffected champions up to 1/2/3/4/5 times, alternating between enemies, allies and herself. Ebb and Flow heals allies and deals magic damage to enemies, with each bounce being 2/3s as effective as the previous one.
E - Surging Tides - Passive: Nami's abilities, and allied attacks and abilities that are enhanced by Tidecaller's Blessing, cause a small pool of water to pool on the ground at the target's location. When Nami, or one of her allied champions, walks over the pool of water they gain a burst of bonus movement speed that rapidly decays over 1 second. Nami, and her allies, are cleansed when they first touch a pool of water. The cleanse only activates once for a champion while they are engaged in combat. After a brief delay, after forming, an enemy champion can walk over a pool to destroy it.

Roaring Rapids - Active: Nami targets a pool of water, or anywhere in the river. Nami greatly increases the pool's size, causing it to create a fountain that lasts for 4 seconds, healing allies in the fountain over time. When the fountain is forming, it knocks away all enemies from the center of the fountain. Allies and enemies are lifted up for the 4 seconds the fountain is active while in the fountain. The fountain does not interrupt movement, attacks or abilities, and terrain in the fountain is ignored. Every second Nami, or an allied champion, is in the fountain they gain a stack of Tidecaller's Blessing.

Terrashape: Qiyana can target a pool of water to gain the River Elemental Wrath.
R - Tidal Wave: Nami summons a tidal wave that surges forth, dealing magic damage to all units it hits, knocking them up and then slowing them for a few seconds. For 2 seconds, the area the Tidal Wave effected is flooded, causing Nami, and her allies, to gain twice the movement speed bonus from Surging Tides, and all 3 stacks of Tidecaller's Blessing, which refreshes every second while in the flooded area. If Tidal Wave is cast in the river, it will start at one end and travel the entire length of the river, based on which direction Tidal Wave was cast.
