Debonair Galio/Secret Agent Xin

Lately, I have posted about how amazing each set of new skins are that are released on to the PBE. This time however, no.. Just no.... What is this mess? Xin Zhao's spear looks really nice though :) haha. Galio's face needs some tweaking or something. It looks odd.
