If you could take one character from any source, be it video game, cartoon, anime, etc, and turn them into a league champion, who would it be and what would their abilities and play style be like? For the record this isnt about actually ading them to the game, this is just a "What if..." topic.

Example (No need to be this extensive if you don't want to, just an example):

Monkey D. Luffy: Ranged, Marksmen/Fighter Innate passive: The Will of D - Luffy gains 5 armor and magic resist for every ally champion around him. When an ally champion dies near Luffy, Luffy gains 25 bonus attack damage and 10 armor until they respawn.

Q: Gum Gum Pistol Cost: 40/55/70/85/100 mana Range: 800 Cooldown: 10

First cast: Luffy rears his fist back charging his attack, increasing the attack's range while decreasing movement speed. Second cast: Luffy shoots his fist forward dealing 50/90/130/170/210 (+100% attack damage) stopping at the first hero hit and applying on hit affects (goes through minions and deals damage.)

Auto attacks decrease the cooldown of this skill by 1 second.

W: Gum Gum Gatling Cost: 60 mana Range: 550 Cooldown: 18/16/14/12/10

Luffy attacks with a wide flurry of fists dealing 20/45/70/95/120 damage(+30% attack damage) per second and block certain projectiles for 5(+1% attack speed) seconds. Luffy can move around while the ability is cast but can only face the direction the ability was cast in.

E: Gum Gum Rocket Cost: 75 mana Max range: 800/900/1000/1100/1200 Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12

First cast: Luffy stops in place, shooting his rubber arms out in front and rearing back. The longer the ability chargers the farther Luffy will travel.

Second Cast: Luffy launches his body like a catapult, arching over obstacles and crashes head first into the target area dealing 100(+50% of attack damage) in a small radius

R: Gear Second Cost: 300/275/250 mana Cooldown: 120/105/90

After channeling for 2 seconds, Luffy pumps blood through his entire body at an alarming rate increasing the damage of his basic attacks and abilities, attack speed, and movement speed by 25/40/55% for 15 seconds

Luffy takes 15% more damage while this skill is active.

W: Bulbasaur: Ashe sends Bulbasaur to the fields of justice and he uses Razor Leaf in a cone causing a 5 second bleed
