Im just saying annie and zyra theme are perfect for an ultimate skin.

you could make an ultimate skin seeing her grow up from kid, teenager to archmage adult. Of course you see timber change look has annie grow older to a full fire bear spirit summon.

you could model the ultimate skin through the change in season: spring,winter,falls, summer

I always imagine Zyra, Syndra, and Cassiopeia dying off in a corner from a lack of love from Riot. They're all just like "we need love!" while Katarina and Teemo are walking around with like 10 skins each.
