Best Bard Skin Concept: High Noon Bard

I had a freaking amazing idea for a Bard skin while driving home from work: High Noon Bard.

Looks: Has a tiny cowboy hat on his head, a tiny leather vest, and tiny cowboy boots. Has a belt with a lasso on it and a pistol with holster. Meeps are tiny tumbleweeds.

Abilities: Q - Looks like a lasso. If it snares the champ or minions it hits, the lasso wraps around them.

            W - Places a mug that slowly fills with beer. When it is full, the glass frosts indicating that the heal is the highest.

            E - Creates a dusty pathway in which Bard, and everyone who goes through, turns into tumbleweeds.

            R - The area that the ult hits creates chicken wire around the circle and all the champs inside turn into cattle (that don't move, but the change would be similar to a Lulu Polymorph)

            Passive - Chimes are cow bells and whenever Bard picks one up, a small rocking horse appears underneath him while he goes fast.
