Massive Frame Drops on This Patch

Ever since I downloaded the latest patch, I've had massive frame drops in-game. I haven't changed anything on my computer or downloaded any windows updates that might be interacting oddly with the game. Last patch, I would hover around 220 fps. This patch, I am lucky to get up to 100 and every thirty seconds or so, it drops to 15-30 fps. I'm not sure what would cause this, but it has only been happening this patch.
